This can include bid reviews, funding research and performance analysis. Our support will not only help you maximise your chances of success, but will also embed skills and confidence into your fundraiser or trust fundraising team, helping your fundraisers to perform better and improving your bottom line in the longer-term.

The support is always tailored to your needs and context. If you already have some in-house trust fundraising capacity, you may simply need us to review funding bids and reports, or take a look at your funding research or application pipeline. If you have limited or no in-house capacity or experience, we can offer more intensive support. This could include writing funding applications from scratch for you, training a staff member or volunteer or doing a scoping piece to help you see who you might apply to, when and for which aspects of your work.

Our approach to trust fundraising is a strategic one – we won’t simply ‘bang out’ lots of applications for you. In the case of organisations new to grant fundraising, for example, we will work with you to make sure that your organisation is ready to apply for grant funding. This may include helping you review your policies and procedures, looking at areas such as governance and partnership, or working and reviewing your volunteer programme.
